Dejavniki ESG: od trenda do nosilca vrednosti

Dejavniki ESG že vplivajo na kapitalske trge: vlagateljem je razmerje med poslovno uspešnostjo in zavezanostjo k trajnosti vse bolj pomembno. Tudi pri Audiju upoštevamo okoljske, družbene in korporativne kriterije (Environmental, Social, Governance – ESG) poslovanja.

Odnos med dejavniki ESG in uspešnostjo

Klovnske ribice in morske vetrnice živijo v popolnem sožitju. Vetrnice ribicam nudijo zavetje pred plenilci, ribice pa vetrnicam v zameno čistijo lovke in jih oskrbujejo s kisikom. Razmerje med poslovno uspešnostjo in zavezanostjo k trajnosti se v avtomobilski industriji trenutno razvija v podobno sožitje – v medsebojni odnos, ki ne temelji na kratkoročnih uspehih, temveč na dolgoročnem, zdravem sodelovanju, od katerega imata na koncu koristi obe strani.

Učenje na preteklih napakah

Pri Audiju smo se iz dizelske tematike na lastnih izkušnjah naučili, kako močen vpliv imajo lahko okoljski, družbeni in upravljavski dejavniki na vrednost podjetja. »Dizel je bil dobra lekcija,« je povedal nekdanji predsednik uprave skupine Audi AG Bram Schot. »Zato smo v minulih letih reorganizirali mnogo postopkov in vzpostavili tako imenovana Zlata pravila.«

The Pop.Up Next concept doesn’t herald a flying car per se, but a self-driving, self-flying, fully autonomous, electric-powered taxi. It’s designed to operate on a multi-mode principle. Two passengers sit in a capsule, which, for driving purposes, is attached to a four-wheel ground module that is also electric-powered and fully autonomous. For flight mode, the capsule is autonomously detached from the ground module, then attached to an eight-rotor air module or drone capable of vertical take-off.

Moto 'vlagatelji na prvem mestu' smo zamenjali s 'ciljno naravnani'

Upravljanje v skladu z dejavniki ESG ni le aktivno obvladovanje tveganj, je tudi osnova dolgoročnega poslovnega uspeha – zlasti v današnjem svetu, kjer so družbene vrednote vse bolj naklonjene trajnosti. Uveljavljeni poslovni modeli se umikajo, rast zdaj zagotavljajo novi trajnostni izdelki. Podjetja, ki delujejo v skladu z dejavniki ESG, so ekonomsko uspešnejša in zavzemajo pomembne tržne deleže. Z učinkovitimi procesi in krožnim gospodarstvom zmanjšujejo pritisk na okolje, ohranjajo vire in nižajo stroške.

Trajnost je postala ključni element upravljanja podjetja – s tem pa nosilec vrednosti in ne le zgolj trend. Pri Audiju smo se ji nedvoumno zavezali s strategijo trajnostne mobilnosti. Da bi še naprej vzpodbujali vključevanje dejavnikov ESG, smo ključne trajnostne teme (poslovanje in integriteta, izdelki in storitve, dodana vrednost in proizvodnja ter zaposleni in družba) ovrednotili glede na njihov pomen za poslovno uspešnost. V analizah pomembnosti naši zunanji in notranji deležniki redno ocenjujejo ustrezna področja delovanja, pridobljena spoznanja pa nenehno primerjamo z našo poslovno strategijo.

Ambiciozni načrt za zmanjšanje izpustov CO2

Okolje: Na področju alternativnih pogonskih tehnologij smo si zastavili širok cilj. Do leta 2025 nameravamo predstaviti 30 elektrificiranih vozil, od tega 20 popolnoma električnih. Elektrificirana vozila bodo tako predstavljala 40 odstotkov naše celotne prodaje. Pod blagovno znamko Audi še vedno razvijamo tudi običajne motorje, pri čemer se vse bolj zanašamo na blagi hibridni pogon in na 48-voltno napajanje. Pomemben del naših prizadevanj za elektrifikacijo predstavljajo tudi priključni hibridi.

Naredili smo še korak dlje: leta 2019 smo uvedli nov ključni kazalnik, “donosnost naložbe po učinku CO2”. Z njim merimo finančne učinke vpliva na povprečne izpuste CO2 pri posameznih projektih, ki jih razvijamo. Tako bomo do leta 2025 ogljični odtis vseh naših vozil (v celotnem življenjskem ciklu) zmanjšali za okoli 30 odstotkov v primerjavi z letom 2015. To ne velja le za vozila, temveč tudi za vse Audijeve proizvodne obrate.

Do leta 2025 bodo po vzoru tovarn v Bruslju in Győru vse naše tovarne ogljično nevtralne. Do leta 2050 želimo ogljično nevtralno ravnotežje doseči tudi na ravni celotnega podjetja. Bram Schot poudarja, da je od tega odvisen ugled blagovne znamke Audi, »in s tem njena vrednost.«

The concept certainly appears cool and suitably futuristic, both from outside and inside the ultra-minimalist cabin. My details and my ‘journey’ have already been pre-registered on an app on my smartphone and, as I settle into the seat, I’m recognised and welcomed aboard by PIA, my speaking Personal Intelligent Assistant. The seats certainly feel comfortable, and, currently, there’s sufficient space behind them to hold a couple of small bags, although it’s possible the flying taxi will be smaller in size when it reaches production. The ‘dashboard’ in front of me is one large screen that incorporates augmented-reality technology and enables me to highlight icons simply by moving my eyes


By pressing on a small touchpad mounted between the seats, I can then choose the ambient-lighting theme I desire, and the type of music I wish to listen to through the speakers built into the headrests. Naturally, there is plenty of glass area to provide occupants with a fine view as they soar over the city, although the floor below my feet is not transparent – and deliberately so, as Nicolas points out: ‘We wanted to create an open environment that enables passengers to enjoy the experience, but we also wanted to ensure they felt safe and weren’t frightened.’

Sredstva za izobraževanje zaposlenih smo povečali za tretjino

Družba: Tudi družbeni dejavniki so za nas vedno pomembnejši nosilci vrednosti. Usposabljanje in izobraževanje zaposlenih predstavlja enega ključnih poudarkov. Leta 2018, na primer, je v izobraževalnih programih sodelovalo več kot 36.000 zaposlenih, večinoma na področju e-mobilnosti in digitalizacije. Skupni čas izobraževanja naših zaposlenih po vsem svetu je znašal približno 1,8 milijona ur. V izobraževanje in razvoj zaposlenih letno vložimo približno 80 milijonov evrov, kar je precej več kot v preteklosti. Proračun za izobraževanje zaposlenih smo do leta 2025 povečali na 500 milijonov evrov.

Therefor an Audi engineer is also based with the Italdesign team in Italy.

V središče postavljamo dialog in izmenjavo mnenj. Program integritete in skladnosti 'Together4Integrity' (T4I) je že dosegel 82.000 od 90.000 zaposlenih.

Dejavniki ESG so konkreten izraz spremembe paradigme, ki se trenutno odvija v gospodarstvu in širši družbi. To smo prepoznali tudi mi in v načrt za upravljanje podjetja vključili okoljske, družbene in upravljavske teme. Zdaj je čas za izvajanje ukrepov, ki nam bodo pomagali doseči zastavljene cilje. Z drugimi besedami: sožitje mora zaživeti v praksi.
